In Rehearsal for Around the World in 80 Days
Ok. So it's been some time since I've posted an update here, but I thought my current project deserved it! I am SO excited to currently be in my first week of rehearsal for Around the World in 80 Days with Lost Nation Theater in Montpelier, Vermont! Anyone who know me knows Vermont is one of my favorite places, so I couldn't be happier to be spending the better part of the summer here! If you're not familiar with the show, it's a hilarious farcical comedy, based on the book by Jules Verne, and tells the story of Phileas Fogg, who sets out to win a bet by literally going around the world in 80 days. An ensemble of five actors plays over forty different roles- chief among mine is an Indian princess whom Phileas falls in love with! After our first few days, the five of us are already having a blast- check us out practicing on our giant tricycle last night!
